Overview: We’ve
all been on diets at many points in our life. The question becomes: are they
truly effective? The answer we’ll provide in this video is a yes and no answer.
Yes, diets can get weight off you, but that weight loss is hard to sustain.
We’ll present in the video a more realistic and concrete method of sustained
weight loss. If you’re looking to lose weight, please watch the video for more
information on how to transition your concept of a “diet” into a “lifestyle”
that leads to lasting weight loss.
