If you are planning a party and want some fresh snacks, but aren’t sure how to set up a theme for some treats, we have got some great ideas for you!

This beauty is simply made of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and apples! Mix it up and serve it with a dollop of greek yogurt! The key to keeping the apples ripe and not browning out: just a splash of lemon juice. Works like magic.

This bark never lasts long wherever you take it. One key thing to remember on this one: it melts quickly, so it’s meant to be served immediately, not to be set out. Plan for this!

Greek Yogurt Berry Bark

INGREDIENTS

3 cups plain Greek yogurt

3 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup

1/2 cup granola

1/2 cup blueberries

3 to 4 strawberries, sliced

DIRECTIONS

1.    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2.    Mix Greek yogurt and syrup in a bowl until combined. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin layer. Top with granola, blueberries, and strawberries.

3.    Cover the baking sheet with a piece of aluminum foil. Place in the freezer for two hours, or overnight, until the bark is fully frozen. Slice into desired squares. Serve immediately and keep stored in the freezer in an airtight container or bag.
