1) Complete your wellness wheel, select one area of wellness to start improving on.
2) List the top ten behaviors you'll need to perform to improve that areas of wellbeing (list in order of easiest, 1, to hardest, 10).
3) Start with behavior #1 and use the habit loop to implement your new behavior and track for one week.
