Overview: Supplements are everywhere. They’re even in many of the foods we consume on a daily basis. Some will say supplements are “bad” or not necessary if you eat a healthy diet. While it is certainly true that if you eat a healthy diet, supplementation becomes less and less necessary, but we all have “gaps” in our diet that supplements can help close off.
