Healthy recipe/meal prep blogs?

Hi everyone! I have been meal prepping consistently since 2016 and have found that this is basically the only way for me to reliably eat healthy because my job has me working inconsistent and sometimes late hours, and so I don't necessarily want to cook when I get home. I typically peruse the internet for recipes that sound good to me and then adapt them and prep them over the weekend for the week ahead. I have a few go-to blogs but am wondering if there are others I should be checking out? What are your go-to resources for healthy recipes?

I like The Meal Prep Manual. He's on Instagram and has a website where you can pay to have access by to his recipes (he started with ebooks). So, not free for his recipes, but I've really enjoyed his stuff. You can also just follow him on Instagram if you're good at cooking and can run with an idea without the recipe 🙂
Not "meal prep" specific and also not a blog but just tasty healthy recipes - I've really enjoyed the books Run Fast, Eat Slow and Run Fast, Cook Fast, Eat Slow by Shalane Flanagan and Elyse Kopecky.
And I also meal prep every week. I have a 45 min commute and young kids that I get in bed relatively early. Not having to cook on week nights is a game changer in my house, and then I have my lunches ready to grab and don't have to plan each morning. I'm totally team meal prep 👩🍳🍽️
Skinnytaste.com or the books. If there's something specific in mind then google it and adapt.
@Hywell Herrero skinnytaste is definitely a favorite of mine - super easy recipes, easy to adapt to increase protein and vegetable content. I have 3 of her cookbooks as well. I’m just finding that I’ve tried a lot of her recipes at this point and would love to branch out a little!
Not sure where you do your shopping, but Kroger actually has a recipe section on their website that I've found to be really well maintained and easy to search! You can specify by type of food you're looking for (i.e. paleo, vegetarian, 30 min meals, meal prep, etc) and there's no lengthy story about a lost red scarf in the fall season to scroll through 😉
Dashingdish.com is a website I have recommended to clients in the past based on recommendation of @Mike Stack
That said, I am not a "meal prepper", so I am grateful for this thread and curious what websites/resources people recommend.
@Beth Manoogian are you going to share your favorites too?

Yes, Dashing Dish is great! There recipes are simple and easy to make - check her out. Believe it or not, bodybuilding.com has a solid recipe database. Check it out here: https://www.bodybuilding.com/recipes

@Sawyer Paull-Baird here are some of my go-tos, since you asked:
I love cooking and have no problem editing recipes to make them healthier if needed. A lot of these website will let you browse for certain dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, whole30, etc) as well.
@Beth Manoogian - I was going to recommend a few of those, so glad you posted yours! :) Eating Bird Food is one of my favorites, as is Simply Real Health. Simply Real Health is actually how I learned to meal prep and now I do it on my own every week. She doesn't post a ton of her recipes on line anymore, but her books have quite a few goods ones!
We likely have a lot of similar recipes, but throwing this out there: https://pin.it/OjbClel
I'm allergic to garlic (weird, I know) and can't eat dairy, so a lot of them don't include those ingredients, or I modify to make it without.
@Lauren Baker (RH) thank you! I’ll check out your suggestions!
