I would miss you so much @Beth Manoogian , but your patients are more important than having a kick ass FSx partner. And great idea on the video workouts, I would totally do those! I have a 40 lb bag of rabbit litter in the garage I can put to good use on squats and lunges!

Congrats!! My coworker recommends Blanqi. She has a pair of Zella's, but said they don't fit as well around the hips. I want a pair, even though I'm not pregnant, just so I can say I am wearing my Blanqi to work :).

Not sure where you do your shopping, but Kroger actually has a recipe section on their website that I've found to be really well maintained and easy to search! You can specify by type of food you're looking for (i.e. paleo, vegetarian, 30 min meals, meal prep, etc) and there's no lengthy story about a lost red scarf in the fall season to scroll through 😉

I'll admit I'm a bit picky and will only eat the raspberry ones--my sweet, sweet boyfriend tried to bring some home the other day as a surprise for me and they were all custard filled 😅 So he's got a few "fat tuesdays" in his future...

I agree with @Nicole Porter and @Chrissy Evanchek - when I started coming to AFS, FSX seemed like an unattainable goal and it was like a rite of passage when I was finally allowed to start taking it. I don’t even do FS anymore because I enjoy FSX more (except ergs 😂). It seems like if each practitioner identified 1-5 experienced clients who regularly do both SS and FS and had them try FSX (first class is free!), you might get enough interest to open a few more classes. I’ve gotten stronger from FSX than I have doing SS 2x/week+FS in the past, and even achieved my years-long goal of making it up onto the board in the SS room thanks to that extra training. And I’m pretty sure @Nicole Porter and @Chrissy Evanchek and I could teach this class by now so you don’t need to expend more staff resources.... 😜

Typically I like to bring in protein bars, my favorite are protein plus. Some people like quest protein bars as well. I know that some of my other clients have used tuna packs during their busy workday with some sort of veggy. I'm not a tuna person, so count me out of that one😋
Depending on your time the day/days prior maybe doing some sort of a turkey roll up, using a low fat cheese, some veggies, and mustard(I choose this for the lower calorie alternative).
